We are looking for like-minded professionals to join our sales team as a Business Development Manager as we continue to expand our local and national footprint. The 'right' person is a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Build a network of SMB clients through research and targeted prospecting
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to engage with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations
  • Nurture relationships with clients through discovery to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations and other materials to support sales efforts
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to close, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication throughout
  • Consistently surpass sales targets and performance metrics, such as making 60 or more calls daily, to continually propel revenue and personal growth

Business Development Manager Requirements:
  • Entrepreneurial/ winning mindset is required!
  • 2+ years of sales/business development experience in a heavy call-based environment OR experience selling a service
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Onsite (flexible) work environment
  • First year target OTE = $100,000
