This position requires coordinating the discovery, design, development, and delivery of creative projects of varying scope and complexity. The Specialist will work closely with a creative team/producer to ensure creative development aligns with the budget and timeline.Responsibilities include managing deliverables across design, social media, video production, event branding, and printed collateral. The Specialist will maintain clear communication between the requestor and the working team to keep projects on time and provide workflow consultation to colleagues and clients. Problem-solving skills are critical for this role.The Specialist will use Workfront (global project management tool) to track project status, maintain communication with clients, build timelines, facilitate reviews and approvals, and meet program objectives. Ensure alignment on roles and responsibilities.Budget and Contracts: Negotiate with vendors, secure contracts, and manage established budgets.
