As Head Chef, you would oversee the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality in food preparation and presentation, while managing a diverse culinary team.Responsibilities would include assisting with menu development, maintaining inventory, ensuring food safety standards, and working closely with the management team to enhance the dining experience.
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of culinary leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume or fine dining setting
- Strong expertise in Chinese cuisine and modern cooking techniques
- Proven ability in menu development and adapting dishes to meet customer preferences and trends
- Solid experience with inventory management, food cost control, and supplier relationships
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a kitchen team, with a focus on training, mentorship, and staff development
