C# / Delphi Software Developer

• Work with other engineers, developers, architects, QA, system engineers, and product managers in solving new and existing technical issues.
  
• Understand requirements, implement designs, provide administration tools, and documentation for specific projects.
• Develop in Delphi VCL and C#.net environment, developing web and client-server applications. C, C++ experience is a plus.
• Participate in Design and Code Reviews.
• Follow and enhance existing development processes.
• Measure and verify that new and old code has acceptable performance and scalability.
• Maintain ownership of the projects assigned.
• Consistently meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of Delphi and C# programming experience.
  
• 3+ years of experience in general software development methodologies.
• 3+ years of direct experience in SQL Server.
• Strong experience designing and developing database applications with TSQL.
• Strong understanding of IIS/Webservice.
• 3+ years experience with .NET required.
• Strong experience in all aspects of the software lifecycle, including design and testing.
• Ability to understand and start projects quickly.
• Team-oriented experience highly desired.
• Very good oral and written communication skills.
