Position: Restoration Consultant

Location: Seattle, Washington

Terms: Full-Time

One of Metric's long-term partners are searching for a restoration consultant project manager to join their rapidly growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations, surveys, and tests on existing buildings to identify and diagnose issues causing damage or deterioration.
• Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to project requirements, and closely track budget and procedural standards.
• Perform or review condition appraisals, and develop repair schemes and recommendations.
• Coordinate engineers and technical personnel for office projects.
• Assist and mentor other professionals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in structural or architectural engineering or relevant field
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA)
• 5+ years of experience working in the forensic and/or restoration field
• Significant project management experience
