Role: Civil Engineer - Land Development - PE Required

Salary: Up to 150k commensurate with experience
Job Description:
A rapidly growing, reputable, Civil engineering firm is seeking a Civil Engineer with 4-10 years of experience in residential and commercial land development projects. The ideal candidate will lead site design, grading, utilities, and stormwater management, while managing project timelines and budgets. A PE license is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee land development projects from concept through completion
- Manage site layout, grading, drainage, and utility design
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (PE required)
- 4-10 years of land development experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong project management and communication skills
