Job Summary

As an Overnight Stock Leader, you will be responsible for managing the overnight team in various departments such as Center Store, Prepared Foods, Produce, Bakery, and Meat. Your main duties include providing exceptional guest service, overseeing department operations, and coaching team members for success.

Job Description

• Experience Required: Retail work experience or recommendation from a store leader
• Experience Desired: Retail leadership or supervisory experience, demonstrated product knowledge, satisfactory performance and discipline record
• Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification or Licensing Required: Varies by department
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age
• Job Responsibilities:
  • Interview, select, and train team members
  • Direct the work of team members
  • Provide motivational leadership and identify opportunities for development
  • Develop future leaders and maintain safety as the top priority
  • Establish ongoing communication with the team
