Experienced Tax Associate

Overview: Intuit is seeking Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN, we would love to connect with you!

Who You Are:

• A minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and enhancing our brand.
• Excellent customer service skills and comfortable interacting with customers through video and audio tools.

What You Need:

• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Dedicated hardwired Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Willing and available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

What You Will Do:

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products with tax advice, full service return preparation, and managing product inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide the right answers using everyday language.
• Interact with customers through state-of-the-art video communication software and maintain accurate records of interactions.
