What you'll do...
As Staff Product Manager, you'll be part of the Walmart Product team creating the digital products, services and platforms that help revolutionize how our Merchandising team operates. You'll own developing the solution space to a problem the merchandising organization faces. This role will lead the workstream focused on "Merch One Automated Triggers". Your focus will be to build a suite of capabilities, enabling merchants to proactively identify and action specific opportunities that help drive their business performance. While you develop these capabilities, you will work collaboratively with a GenAI workstream to help rapidly evolve how these capabilities scale and drives better and more actionable insights.
Location for this role is Hoboken, NJ or Bentonville, AR
How You'll Make An Impact
- Developing and enhancing products - you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
- Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving goals
- Scaling platform capabilities You will be responsible for ensuring your product capabilities are built to scale easily across multiple markets, domain teams, and use cases
- Building collaborative relationships with important partners by guiding priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
- Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Bonuses.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
