POSITION: Lead - Cybersecurity

JOB Location: 208 S. Akard Street Dallas, TX 75202 (and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home)

Duties: AT&T Services, Inc. is looking for a Lead - Cybersecurity in Dallas, TX (and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home) to design, develop and maintain high-quality Apple(iOS) mobile application software for Mobile Authentication applications and SDK. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to define, design and ship new features. Mentor junior developers and lead project teams, when necessary to ensure successful project completion. Utilize Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins to help streamline the development process and ensure timely app updates. Performance analysis and profiling tools to optimize Mobile Authentication application. Responsible for identifying performance issues, event handling, memory leaks, and layout problems. Research, recommend, document, and coordinate implementation of changes to policies, procedures, facilities, and systems to enhance secure mobile authentication development. Interface with other stakeholders including vendors, application development and technical support staff and clients. Responsible for ideation, testing, proof of concept and support for various Cyber Security and Identity Access Management related projects for Mobile Authentication Application development. Utilize all of aspects of Android framework including Java, Kotlin, networking, UI/UX and secure data storage as well as the Android Studio. Program and implement of the Identity and Access Management for Apple OS. Define functional and technical designs and perform designs and programming for complex applications according to project standards, as well implement and test configuration and code changes to meet functional requirements. Provide functional and technical expertise leadership to plan, analyze, define and support the delivery of functional and technical capabilities for group of client applications. Assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts and in producing and reviewing estimates for client work requests. Work and implement several design patterns such as Factory method, Singleton, Abstract Factory, MMVC, MVC. Work on SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), Microservices with creating and consuming SOAP/Restful web services, WCF services. Implement client Enterprise SDK plugin for Android platform in Cordova framework using HTML5, bootstrap, Angular JS, jQuery, IBM ISAM.


REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Applied Computer Science or Information Systems and three (3) year of experience in the job offered or three (3) year of experience in a related occupation programming and implementing of the Identity and Access Management for Apple OS; defining functional and technical designs and perform designs and programming for complex applications according to project standards, as well implement and test configuration and code changes to meet functional requirements; providing functional and technical expertise leadership to plan, analyze, define and support the delivery of functional and technical capabilities for group of client applications; assisting in facilitating impact assessment efforts and in producing and reviewing estimates for client work requests; working and implementing several design patterns such as Factory method, Singleton, Abstract Factory, MMVC, MVC; working on SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), Microservices with creating and consuming SOAP/Restful web services, WCF services; and implementing client Enterprise SDK plugin for Android platform in Cordova framework using HTML5, bootstrap, Angular JS, jQuery, IBM ISAM.
