Controller

Our client is a leader within the communications industry, currently looking for a Controller to join their team.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire finance department's functions, including accounts payable, billings and collections, and
  payroll.
• Create cash-flow reports, forecasting cash requirements on a weekly and monthly basis, and manage daily
  cash flow.
• Evaluate, implement, and enhance policies, procedures, controls, and methodologies.
• Perform month-end and year-end close for the income statement and balance sheet, reconcile accounts, and
  conduct general ledger analysis.
• Ensure prompt cash collection by managing the timing of monthly billing and other cash management
  strategies.
• Review both personal and team deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations.
• Lead Finance Department projects, such as software and systems implementation, and other improvements
  across the department or firm, involving research, planning, and execution.
• Present financial reports to the executive committee and partners monthly.

Requirements:

• 6+ years producing financial reports
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• MBA/CPA Preferred
• ERP Experience

Location: Torrance
Compensation: $100K-$150K
