We’re on the lookout for a Senior Product Marketing manager to develop messaging and execute competitive marketing strategies for Freddy AI powered by the Freshworks Neo platform. Our ideal candidate is a passionate experienced B2B product marketer with proven success in AI and platform marketing strategies, working with emerging products and driving GTM strategies.
Freddy AI is Freshworks’ native AI engine that brings the power of AI to all Freshworks products. Freshworks has been at the forefront of the AI revolution and has brought cutting-edge AI-powered features to our customers since 2018. Freddy AI integrations with GPT2 have been available in Freshworks products since 2021.
With the latest Generative AI-powered enhancements to Freddy AI, we are reimagining the way businesses use AI. Freddy Self Service understands the context of the conversations and offers quick, personalized support that will help businesses improve their customer and employee experiences. Freddy Copilot offers user assistance to make everyday users more productive. Freddy Insights enable leaders to use actionable intelligence for better business outcomes- all this in a secure and cost-effective way. Responsibilities:
- Product messaging and positioning – Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our offering in the market
- Content Development – Conceptualize and create top, mid and bottom of funnel content for the offering
- Sales enablement – Communicate value proposition and provide high-value sales tools, case studies, training, and collateral
- Market, customer, and competitive analysis - Be the expert on the customer, the industry trends, and the competitors in the market
- Product and Feature adoption - Drive adoption of the product and features amongst the customer base
- Evangelism – Serve as a company spokesperson and go-to thought leader for the offering
- Plans - Own launches, go to market strategy, sales enablement collateral and website
- Engage and influence customers, partners, analysts, thought leaders
- 10-13 years of progressive experience across technology and/or marketing
- Experience marketing AI software
- An ability to understand tech and business software including buyer behavior and ideal customer profiles and translate tech content into marketing material
- Proven experience creating marketing plans encompassing strategy, market analysis, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing, etc.
- The ability to craft compelling product stories that fit different channels, customer personas, and regions.
- Creative thinker to generate innovative marketing ideas, work collaboratively, and lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution.
- Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets, including on-message product demo videos and succinct slide pitch-decks.
- Strong communication, presentation, writing, and analytical skills
- Keen eye for detail and proven project management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail
- Strength in collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies, including executive management, product management, operations, sales, and marketing
Colorado Pay Range: $192,700—$313,200 comprising an annual salary and incentive compensation.
Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
