Position Overview: The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role includes meeting monthly and yearly sales goals, monitoring and managing office employees, and stepping in to clean homes or businesses as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily office operations.
Set and achieve monthly and yearly sales goals.
Supervise all office employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
Step in to clean homes and businesses as required.
Maintain high standards of service and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Must have at least 5+ years of cleaning experience.
Proven management experience is required.
Ability to speak both Spanish and English fluently.
Ability to pass a background check.
Valid driver's license.
